If you are a small company or individual with any of the equipment listed above and would like to register as a temporary vendor with the City of Newark, the following documents/requirements MUST be supplied PRIOR to the commencement of any services:
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid NJ Driver’s License (with current Newark address)
- Certificate of Full Coverage Insurance (on all vehicles you will be using for Snow Assistance)
- W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification
- New Jersey Business Registration Certificate
Payment will be made by check.
(Normal process time takes 10-20 business days but can take up to 30 business days)
